About heat exposure
Due to the material's properties, exposure to heat or direct sunlight can damage or deform your case. We strongly advise against leaving it in such conditions
The silicone band is too tight/loose
Our silicone bands are designed to hold the reeds securely, so after using looser bands, you may need to get used to applying a little more pressure when inserting the reed into the slot. You might also want to give the silicone a little more time to mold to the shape you need.
It’s also possible that the bands are simply too narrow for your specific reeds. If the problem persists or you find that the slot itself is too narrow, please contact us and we will make a replacement band.
The lid is too tight/loose
You can carefully adjust tightness by turning the screw. For the time being Hexagon M3 are being used in our products.
What is the refund / return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except when we’re replacing a defective or incorrect item — then it’s on us.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Germany within 3 business days (up to 10 for custom orders). Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- Germany — 2–4 business days — €6
- EU — 2–8 business days — €14
- United States — 7–22 business days — €38
- Rest of world — 7–22 business days — €20
