Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or lost packages
