Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and dispatched from Germany.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may take up to 10 business days before they ship. If there is a delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Germany — 2–4 business days — €6.00
European Union — 2–8 business days — €14.00
United States — 7–22 business days — €38.00
Rest of the world — 7–22 business days — €20.00

Free shipping applies from €50 within Germany, €120 within the European Union, €170 to the rest of the world and €180 to the United States.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. They begin once the order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase, and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your package is delayed or does not arrive, please contact us at support@fswstudio.com and we will help trace it. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, the postal service or other events outside our control, but we will always assist you in following up.
